If you're posting suggestions, please do not repeat, this means about the AR and the Nades. Things like how to make matchmaking better or how to make the game smoother will make it on the list, however, opinion related ones will most likely not. Sorry, just trying to clean up this thread a little so I can update more efficiently.

Other than those quick notes, here we go!
Visual/HUD Bugs
-When you "Evade" while zoomed in, you roll without a HUD zoomed in.
-When viewed in Third Person, Spartans don't have knee armor, while in first person they do.
-Sometimes after Matchmaking, Connection settings may reset.
-When you view social settings, the "Good Time" selection under "Motivation" is cut off description wise.
-When players finish games, it does not add to the wins/played amount, even games after.
-When a player has the jetpack ability and dies, it disappears off their corpse.
-When a player kills/dies, it may show up in the status feed twice which may clog up the necessary details.
-When a player activates the "Active Camo" and has a sword with energy left, the outline of the energy sword part is non-existent, makes it look like you're holding just the baton.
-On the B.net medal case, the Fist Medal is for Beatdowns, and Ninja Medal for Assassinations where as in-game, the Fist is for pummeled, Ninja is for Beatdowns and Assassinations do not have a medal.
-When a player picks up the Needler Rifle, their screen besides the HUD will change to bright pink.
-When viewing a specific player in the carnage report, their spartan will change to the person's below them if some one above them leaves the match.
-When a player changes their service tag to include a ">" it then makes the form of a "[".
-When a player receives a "Perfection" they do not show up on the carnage report nor on B.net's medal chest.
-When a player has the jetpack as a AA and is holding a Flag, their back goes through the jetpack.
-When a player is at the load out screen, the classes may be switched from their last position. Example-Sprint,AL,JP,AC to AL,JP,Sprint,AC.
-Under the carnage report, when a player goes negative K/D/R wise, there is a "-" but when positive there is nothing. This may confuse players.
-The Flag Captured and Flag Returned status updates are not capitalized unlike other status updates.
-When a player has one shoulder armor on, both may appear on in theater.
-When a Juggernaut is changed, the icon over the players head will be the Oddball icon for a brief time.
-If your language is set to Japanese, the objective text for Stockpile overflows past the red/blue rectangle.
-In the carnage report, there are no objective based stats, like flag captures.
-In the carnage report, it only shows which medals the player received but not how many of them.
Gameplay/Potential Game Breaking Bugs
-On Sword Base, there are areas Spartans can reach but Elites cannot go into the spots due to their height.
-When a player places in 2nd, 3rd, or 4th place in FFA, they get Victory Bonus Credits but have a loss counted toward their record.
-When armor is purchased, it has a chance to re-lock and not give the cR back as a "refund". (Has been happening Pre-Launch, not lag)
-Players can sometimes receive "Close Call" when at a distance and full health, shields. Probable cause, your teammate was low and they assisted.
-Sometimes when a grenade is in mid air, it may zig-zag off course.
-Sticky Grenades tend to go through solid objects and player's models.
-If a player is low on shields and a host migration occurs, their shields will NOT regenerate until death.
-When a match ends, cR earned may actually deduct from total cR in bank.
-Some players cannot use their file share nor others.
-During HeadHunter, when a player walks right over skulls, they tend to not be picked up.
-During HeadHunter, players sometimes cannot drop off their skulls at the point.
-During voting screen, if the voting is tied between an objective gametype and slayer, the objective gametype wins.
-When a flag is dropped, it can stop a rocket.
-When a player fires a Grenade Launcher round and dies, it does not explode.
-When a player melee attacks twice with the Rocket Launcher, the rocket(s) after that is a (are) blank(s).
-When a player finishes a match, the cR they earn may be +1 yet their total will not increase.
-When a player activates their Armor Lock, they may never go into their hold position and continue to function like normal.
-When playing Oddball, the skull may morph under solid ground thus resulting in waiting for it to reset.
-When playing split screen, who ever makes the first selection is counted, the other players on the same TV cannot vote.
-When an elite player dies mid assassination, they may drop a fully working energy sword.
-When a game ends in a tie, Red Team will always get the win.
-The last kill in a kill dependent gametype doesn't count, for example, Team Slayer adds up to 49 not 50 in the carnage report.
-When a player kills another player who previously carried flag but not anymore, they will receive the medal for it.
-When host migration occurs of Powerhouse, the Grenade Launcher may spawn as a shotgun.
-When a player sprints off a ledge, they may have no fall damage.
-When a grenade is thrown into the stairs wall on Sword Base, it is sucked in and nothing will happen. Video is here.
-When a player is holding the Energy Sword, they may drop the sword and switch to an Assault Rifle even if they don't have one.
-When a player is underneath (level below) another player and shoot a rocket upwards, the damage goes through the floor.
-When a player is assassinated, their body may stand back up and become alive again and they will be able to play as if they didn't die.
-When a player is in the active camo mode, their radar may not show any "phantom dots."
-The Grenade Launcher may double reload when a live round is already loaded.
