Left Trigger: Armour Ability <-Easier Jetpack shooting. (Suggested by Marrrrrrrrk)
Right Trigger: Use Weapon
Left Bumper: Jump
Right Bumper: Grenade

Left Analog: Movement, Click to Teabag
Right Analog: Aim, Click to Zoom

Y: Swap Weapon
B: Action/Reload
A: Melee Attack <- Fastest button to press.
X: Switch Grenade

Basically the same as Bumper Jumper. Just enhanced, because having Armour Ability on [X] is a terrible Idea. You wont be able to look around while Jet-packing or using the Armour Lock, which totally just sucks.

This scheme also removes the need for Clawing, which many people, including me would very much prefer not to do.

jiggerstick have also proposed a really superb set up here. (Thank you for your contribution) However the problem I have with that set up is that [B] isn't exactly the most logical button for melee. My suggestion would be moving it to [A], since it's way faster to press.

What I think is that we should be able to assign each button to what action we want it to be. That, to me, would be so much better.

Here's my preferred variation on a new Bumper Jumper scheme:

RT - Fire
RB - Grenade
LT - Armor Ability
LB - Jump

A - Switch Grenades
B - Melee
X - Reload/Action
Y - Switch Weapons

The Logic: All your movement related stuff is done with the left hand, all the aiming/attacking stuff is done with the right hand.

I hope Bungie considers this as well.

There needs to be a layout like:

A - Switch Grenade
B - Melee/Assassinate
X - Reload/Pickup
Y - Switch Weapon
LB - Jump
RB - Armor Ability
LT - Grenade
RT - Shoot
LS - Crouch/Move
RS - Zoom/Aim

That's the ideal layout for me, I've seen some other suggested ideas that could work for other people, but this is the one I want to see the most.
